Ace Re-stumping is a family owned local company with over 22 Years experience.

We have a House Raising team, a House Re-stumping team & a Structural Steel Beam team, all of whom are employees. On average, we re-stump about 150 houses per year and we can do the complete raise and re-stump if required, which usually takes about 2 weeks to complete.

We are fully accredited (QBSA Licence No. 1022115) and have full insurance cover including Public Liability, Contracts Works, Workers Compensation & Personal Accident.

We cover almost all aspects of the house lifting and re-stumping industry and we can organise the drawing of architectural and engineering plans as well soil testing and certification if required.

We are pleased to provide free quotes but we can only give written quotes on house lifting or sliding when a set of structural plans are available. Until structural plans are available, we can only give an approximate price. However, general re-stumping and related works do not require a set of structural plans.

We can raising your property to the correct height and hold it in position in order that structural steel or new stumps can be installed.

Raising your house can provide extra space for additional living accommodation or more comfortable garage facilities.

If your property requires moving, we can slide it into the correct location for you.

This service is useful if you are dividing a block of land and relocating an existing property to one side of the block. It is also useful if your property is in the incorrect position on your block.

We will remove and replace old concrete, steel or timber stumps that may have been damaged by pests, water or old age.

We can partially or completely re-stump complete houses and or decks depending on the extent of work required.

Structural beams may be required to support houses that have been raised prior to the construction of living accommodation.

Engineering and architectural plans will normally be required to ensure the correct beams are installed in the correct location.

Under house excavation may be required during the raising or shifting process to ensure ground levels are correct for re-stumping to occur.

We also have the facility to deal with large rocks (should they be encountered) and we can bore pier holes (for bridges, etc) if required.

A full raise, slide and re-stump takes about two weeks to complete and can include some demolition, structural steel and excavation.
